Bishal Patangia is a Health Psychologist specializing in psychosocial epidemiology, with a focus on women’s reproductive health, menopause, and climate change. His research examines how social and environmental factors influence health equity and wellness, particularly during midlife and aging. By integrating psychological and epidemiological perspectives, he investigates the connections between biological, psychological, and social determinants of health to enhance well-being across diverse populations.

Currently, he is working as a Learning Experience Designer (Research & Consulting) at KNOLSKAPE Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he apply these insights to real-world organizational challenges. His focus is on enhancing cross-cultural awareness and improving productivity in diverse workplace environments.
