My Background

Bishal Patangia is a health psychologist working at the intersection of psychosocial health and health equity. His work centres on a holistic model of cancer health, alongside adolescent health, menopause, and the effects of a changing climate on wellbeing. He is especially interested in midlife and aging, and in how social and environmental forces shape who stays well and who does not. By bringing psychological and epidemiological thinking together, he studies how biological, psychological, and social factors interact to influence health across diverse populations.

He currently leads learning and continuing education for the veterinary clinics at Supertails, where he designs training and capability programs that translate research into everyday practice across diverse, fast-scaling teams.
